There is a small, fully refundable $300 deposit. This covers a fraction of our costs for ad placement, screening, and interviewing. It ensures commitment on your end, but if we cannot find a match aligned with your needs, we will refund it in full.

Typically 7–14 days, though we often fill roles much sooner.

What If I Select Someone And Am Not Happy?
